How far our state has fallen when Scott Walker's endorsement might mean something, but I said the other day it makes sense in the world of far-right politicking to back Hovde - - the goal being to install a junior RoJo in the Senate - - but would make news if he endorsed Tommy, since it would show that Walker can still play the old party loyalty game.
Even more news if he backed Neumann, but there's no chance that happens, since Neumann beat Walker up in the 2010 gubernatorial primary and lost the last two statewide races he entered.
Polling and ego will drive Walker's decision - - namely what's in it for Walker first, then for a candidate.
And it all makes Tammy Baldwin look good by comparison.
