Another Bad Air Alert, Again Belatedly

I got this a half hour after it was declared. I was going to post a prediction it was on its way because my eyes beneath old-timey (no-alternative) contacts lenses have been on fire since this morning. It's a scandal that the DNR has eliminated the early warning alerts.

Isn't there a legislator out there who will raise hell with the DNR over this?
