Romney's Crazy Math Builds Off Walker's Failed 250,000 Jobs Pledge

What with Wisconsinite Paul Ryan on the GOP ticket, you'd think Mitt Romney would have familiarized himself with our state to have grasped that Scott Walker promised to create 250,000 new private sector jobs in the state by the end of 2014 - - a scheme that is falling so flat that even the state revenue department said it wasn't going to happen.

But Romney's campaign issued a new promise - - that Romney would create 240,000 jobs in Wisconsin by 2016.

In each case, the promised Wisconsin job creation suggested is about 60,000 per year - - nowhere near what Walker has managed in his first year-and-a-half.
